Lessons and Workshops

John Metras has taught guitar classes at the University of San Francisco and at Lone Mountain College. He has also taught the harp privately and at major folk harp conferences (2006 American Harp Society National Conference, 2006 Somerset West Folk Harp Festival, 2007 Big Sky Harp Festival, 2007 Lyon & Healy Pop & Jazz Harpfest). John teaches private lessons on guitar or folk harp (Latin, lever or cross-strung) at his studio in Cotati, California. The current rate for guitar or harp lessons is $60 per hour, $45 per 45 minute lesson or $30 per half hour lesson.
